We use our own instore couriers, this gives us the power to offer same day delivery everyday with a very late cut off time – for all time enquires please call our Wollongong store on 4229 1877 to see options available. (e.g. business hours.) Scheduled deliveries vary each day, as the demand for flowers is so high due to the current lock down situation.

Our current shipping policy ensures that your delivery will be made on the requested date, with contactless drop off. All our deliveries are made with a water source where appropriate to ensure the expected life span of the flowers.

We do not deliver internationally, we currently deliver as far north as Helensburg and as far down south as Jambaroo.

Payments

Mastercard, Visa, and Amex are currently accepted. if bank transfer essential please call our Wollongong store on 4229 1877 and we can discuss this further – ( 3 business days is needed to process the bank transfer).

Yes we accept Amercian express.

No, We do not charge any sales tax on top of the price.

Shipping & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received please call our Wollongong store on 4229 1877 to discuss the available options.

A refund can take between 5 – 7 business days to processed, this will also depend on your selected bank.
